Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing Times
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will begin processing the following business day.
Weekend/Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or National Holidays. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in your shipment due to high demand.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer reliable door-to-door delivery across India via our trusted logistics partners.
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days.
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and a link will be sent to your registered email and phone number.
3. International Shipping
Delivery Windows: Estimated 7–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Customs & Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Fragile Goods: Perfumes and jewelry are packaged in specialized, secure containers to meet international air-safety regulations.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Perfumes: Due to the flammable nature of alcohol-based perfumes, these items may be restricted to "Surface Shipping" in certain regions, which may slightly extend delivery times.
P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure, signed delivery.
5. Packaging & Security
To protect your luxury items:
Jewelry: Shipped in anti-tarnish pouches and rigid, unbranded outer boxes to ensure safety and discretion.
Perfumes: Securely padded with shock-absorbent materials to prevent breakage.
Discreet Shipping: For security, outer packaging will not explicitly mention "Jewelry" or "Perfume."
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at info@migzorn.com within 48 hours of delivery.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will conduct a full investigation with the courier and provide a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.
