How to Measure Accurately
Apparel: Use a soft tape measure over undergarments.
Bust: Fullest part of chest (around nipples).
Waist: Natural waist (narrowest point).
Hips: Fullest part (around seat).
Footwear: Trace foot on paper while standing; measure heel to longest toe in cm. Add 0.5–1 cm for comfort/socks.
Rings (Jewelry): Use an existing fitting ring; measure inner diameter in mm, or wrap string around finger base (comfortably snug), measure length, and compare. Best measured at end of day (fingers swell).
Eyewear: Check inside temple arm for numbers (e.g., 52-18-140 mm = lens-bridge-temple).
