At MIGZORn.com, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase of Jewelry, Apparels, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Footwear, and Fashion Eyewear. Refunds are processed only after a return is approved under our Return and Exchange Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
Approved return within the allowed window (10 days for most items, 7 days for Jewelry & sealed Perfumes/Cosmetics)
Defective, damaged, or wrong item received
Cancelled order before dispatch
2. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, the refund is processed within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, Netbanking): Refunded to the original payment method.
Cards/UPI: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
Wallets: Usually within 2–3 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer only. Please provide your bank details (account number, IFSC, name) in the return request or email support@migzorn.com.
Partial refunds (if you kept some items) will reflect the exact amount paid for the returned products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective/damaged/wrong on arrival (in which case we fully reimburse the return shipping).
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
Perfumes & Cosmetics once opened or seal broken
Used, washed, or altered Apparels & Footwear
Worn Jewelry (except manufacturing defects)
Personalized or engraved items
Final-sale or clearance items marked “Non-returnable”
Items returned after the allowed window
5. Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a full refund (including original + return shipping) or replacement (whichever you prefer).
No restocking fee applies in such cases.
6. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible — you must return the item after delivery.
Important Notes
All refunds are subject to quality inspection at our warehouse.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the return does not meet our Return & Exchange Policy conditions.
Store credit is available as an option if you prefer (valid for 6 months).
