Perfume & Cosmetic Care Guide – MIGZORn.com

Last Updated: March 2026

Proper care keeps your MIGZORn perfumes and cosmetics fresh, fragrant, and effective for longer. Follow these simple tips to protect your investment and enjoy every drop!

1. Perfume Care Tips

Store in a cool, dark place — Heat, sunlight, and humidity break down fragrance notes. Keep bottles away from windows, bathrooms, and car dashboards.

Keep the cap tightly closed — Air exposure oxidizes the perfume and changes the scent.

Don’t shake the bottle — Shaking creates air bubbles and speeds up oxidation. Gently swirl if needed.

Avoid touching the spray nozzle — Finger oils can clog the atomizer.

Shelf life: Most MIGZORn perfumes last 3–5 years unopened. Once opened, use within 1–2 years for best fragrance.

Pro Tip: Store in the original box or a dark drawer. In hot Indian summers, keep them in the refrigerator (not freezer!) for extra longevity.

2. Cosmetics Care Tips

Check expiry dates — Look for the PAO symbol (Period After Opening) on the pack:

Mascara / Eyeliner: 3–6 months

Foundation / Concealer: 12–18 months

Lipstick / Lip gloss: 12–24 months

Creams & Serums: 6–12 months after opening

Clean applicators regularly — Wash brushes and sponges weekly with mild soap to prevent bacteria.

Keep lids tightly closed — Prevents drying out and contamination.

Use clean hands or spatula — Never dip fingers directly into jars — it introduces bacteria.

Store away from direct sunlight and heat — Especially creams, foundations, and sunscreens.

3. General Storage Rules for Both

Temperature: Ideal 15–25°C. Avoid bathroom steam and kitchen heat.

Humidity: High moisture (common in India) can spoil formulas — use silica gel packets if needed.

Travel tip: Always carry in a zip-lock bag or original packaging. For flights, put in checked luggage (perfumes over 100ml not allowed in cabin).

Never dilute perfume with water or alcohol — it ruins the formula.

4. Common Mistakes to Avoid

Spraying perfume on clothes (can stain delicate fabrics)

Storing near strong smells (food, cleaning products)

Using expired products (can cause skin irritation)

Keeping in car glove box during summer

5. Signs It’s Time to Replace

Perfume: Smells sour, weak, or discolored

Cosmetics: Changed texture, separated, unusual smell, or mold

Note: All MIGZORn perfumes and cosmetics are formulated to be long-lasting, but proper care extends their beauty and safety.
